Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking our cleaning services.
1. Cleaning Services & Scope
Best & Less Cleaning agrees to provide professional cleaning services as agreed upon in the invoice, email quote, or booking confirmation. Any additional tasks outside the standard checklist must be requested and approved prior to the start of the service.
2. Access & Security
The client must provide the cleaners with access to the property at the scheduled time (via key handover, lockbox, concierge, or by being present). If access is not provided and the cleaning cannot proceed, a lockout fee may apply. Our team will treat keys, codes, and property with the utmost security.
3. Payments & Invoices
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior terms have been set for commercial clients. We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, or direct cash. Overdue payments may accrue administration fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the cleaning slot may incur a late cancellation fee.
5. 100% Satisfaction Policy
If you find any area of your clean unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and reclean the specific area free of charge. Refunds are not issued; our policy guarantees a complete re-clean solution.
6. Liability Limitations
While we are fully insured under comprehensive public liability insurance, Best & Less Cleaning is not liable for wear and tear, pre-existing damages, or damages caused by fragile objects that were not properly secured prior to cleaning.
